Content IPs Built
Two proprietary content series designed to make women’s nutrition more relatable, build trust, and turn real consumer questions into engaging conversations.
Our thought process behind 4DU's content ecosystem
Women’s nutrition is often caught between clinical education and generic fitness content. 4DU had an opportunity to make it more relatable, culturally relevant, and easier to talk about.
We built two distinct content IPs: Knows The Best and The Feedback Box, each solving a different part of the consumer journey.
The challenge: How do you make women’s nutrition feel interesting enough to engage with, credible enough to trust, and simple enough to understand?
The solution: Build content around two powerful behaviours: learning and questioning. Knows The Best makes nutrition approachable through an unexpected voice and relatable education. The Feedback Box turns real consumer doubts into transparent, useful conversations.
The positioning: 4DU isn't just another protein brand talking about macros. It's a brand that understands the questions women actually have about nutrition and creates content that answers them.
1
Audit and Strategy
Mapped the opportunity around women’s nutrition: too much content was either clinical, fitness focused, or designed around generic nutrition advice. We identified the need for content that felt more human, culturally relevant, and specifically built around women.
2
Build and Validate
Created two repeatable content systems. Knows The Best builds education and authority through an unexpected, trusted voice. The Feedback Box tackles real objections around ingredients, claims, and nutrition through direct, honest answers.
3
Publish and Scale
Designed each IP to play a different role in the consumer journey. Educational content builds awareness and trust, while objection led content moves curious audiences closer to the product. Together, they give 4DU a repeatable system for turning nutrition questions into conversations.
