Jaggeries of India
Jaggeries of India (2025) was a limited-edition brand experiment by Maverick & Farmer that explored the use of regionally sourced jaggery in specialty coffee. Co-founders Ashish D’Abreo and Sreeram Gangadharan travelled across India to source and curate five distinct jaggeries, blending them with coffee in unexpected ways. Launched as a seasonal menu from February to April 2025, the series celebrated tradition, provenance, and experimental flavor.
