Our thought process behind WisprFlow's launch in India
Most global products entering India face the same dilemma: localize the messaging or trust the universal pitch.
Wispr Flow had a clear wedge worth pressing. India is the largest WhatsApp market in the world, and one of the most voice-note-obsessed cultures on the platform. Founders, operators, creators, everyone is already talking into their phones all day. A voice-to-text tool built for how Indians actually speak wasn't a nice-to-have. It was overdue.
That's why India was the obvious next market.
The brand came to us with a sharp pilot ask: prove the creative system before scaling it. Founder-targeted UGC ads on Meta. Tight timeline. No room for the logistical chaos that usually comes with coordinating creators at speed.
The challenge: How do you ship founder-grade UGC ads, strategized, scripted, shot, and edited, in under 3 days, without the quality drop that usually comes with that pace?
The solution: A tight creative operation built around four audience tensions: WhatsApp voice notes culture, Hinglish code-switching, noisy real-world environments, and product-led founder objections. We owned strategy, ideation, and scripting on the angles we built, ran production and post, and delivered every cut inside the pilot window.
